1. Our practices will begin with team meetings or weight room sessions beginning at 3 pm on Tuesday. Our weekday schedule runs from 3 pm until 8 pm Tuesday - Friday. On Saturday, our team session will run from 9 am to 2 pm. Please come prepared with a set of swimming trunks as we may do a recovery session in the pool on Saturday. Lastly, please be prepared with water and a light lunch for breaks in between practice sessions each day. Athletes are not to leave the premises at any time during our scheduled sessions.
2. Finally, the WIAA sets guidelines for athlete acclimatization. As part of these guidelines, our athletes will be held to acclimatization standards that require them to participate in 5 days of practice before being allowed to suit up in full gear. As a result, it is imperative that our athletes fully attend each scheduled practice. Missed practices will delay your athlete's ability to fully participate with their teammates during practices. Any conflicts should be communicated in advance by our athletes to their position coaches.
