• Identify and eliminate practices by individual educators that promote inequities within their classrooms.

• Identify and eliminate practices that promote inequities within the systems used to operate the school/district.

• Align all staff to co-plan with PLC teams to provide cohesive instruction.

• Proportionally represent the demographics of our students in all classes.

• Intentionally develop the capacity of individual educators to co-plan through PLC teams. 

• Provide instruction that is based on Identity Relevant Teaching and Learning.

• Align policy, funding, and resources to support the identification and elimination of inequities within the school/district.

• Engage and involve stakeholders in policy and decision making in both transparent and intentional ways.

• Recruit and hire both qualified and diverse staff members that are reflective of our student population.

• Support student outcomes and programming that include a variety of post-secondary options.
